Dash to dock seemingly causes a shell crash when machine is suspended #2349

I do face #2179 as well, but I'm not sure if that's the same as this particular issue. To be more specific, I put the machine to suspend using either the power button or the quick settings panel (so I am not in the overview during the action). Is there any way to make sure that both issues have the same cause? |
Please report the shell crash to Fedora so they can identify which issue it is. |
Same thing happens to me, but only if I use the 'suspend' button in the overview. My system

That's #2179. Please ensure you have the patch for gnome-shell. |
Hello, I've been struggling with this issue for some weeks now - whenever d2d is enabled, and I put my laptop on suspend, it resumes from suspend on the login screen with my session lost. I have about 20 extensions, and I've iteratively turned each one on and off for at least a day or two to try and catch the rogue extension, it seems like dash2dock is the culprit. Please help identify and track the issue, it's a huge deal breaker and quite annoying. System specifications are as follows:
