Based on this conversation: MeltanoLabs/Meta#2

Update the enum of maintenance statuses to include Unknown, Under Construction, Prerelease (Beta), Active (Stable), Inactive or Stale. Update all existing using the mapping:

Unknown - maintenance_status

Active - maintenance_status

Unresponsive - maintenance_status

Update the front end to render a badge with the status instead of plain text.
