JID with 31 chars or more: auth fails #27

When JID is 31 characters long (or more), authetication fails. Example jid 
which causes failure: [email protected], 
9999@@kotikokki-dev.mydom.local works fine.

Tested with iksemel-1.4/tools/iksroster + our own code.
