When I load this model it gives me an error

I downloaded this model from lm studio itself and when I loaded it it gives me this error
First, the model is abetlen/Phi-3.5-vision-instruct-gguf/Phi-3.5-3.8B-vision-instruct-Q8_0.gguf.
And the error is ```

Error loading model.

(Exit code: 18446744072635812000). Unknown error. Try a different model and/or config.

It happened with some other models but I can't remember which one they were
