Link redirection is not Proper in intra-page

Under handbook link the about page, repo overview, Learning pages the intra-page link direction is properly redirecting

@ankushbhardwaj408 the issue #5068 it's about transition smoothness of the page but this is about correction of link redirection navigation, this issue doesn’t describes the page transition styling.

Please update the issue description to state with more detail what the problem is. If the intra-page link IS redirecting properly then there isn't an issue here, or as previous comments suggested it's already being worked on.

In this this issue , when user click the intra-page link it's navigation for top element is not properly navigating to the header
it's navigating further below wrt header
