Write a page where we state how Kubewarden compares against other similar solutions like OPA, Gatekeeper and Kyverno.

The goals are:

Allow someone approaching Kubewarden to understand how many of the features of kyverno/gatekeeper are missing/already implemented
Provide an overview of the direction Kubewarden plans to take (what are the major features still missing)
It's a guideline for Kubewarden developers, these are our lighthouse goals

We can take inspiration from what others are doing (like nomad, providing a comparison against Kubernetes)
