Kitten broadcast missing

I have Kitty 0.39.1 installed by installer script. Everything seems O.K. except kitten broadcast which is missing. (E.g. in the kitten list see below). Am I missing something or is it a bug?

Get help for an individual command by running:
    kitten command -h
