Detect possible issues when different RR's have the same name

As noted in the original ticket, this issue is when the following happens:

www IN A 127.0.0.1
www IN CNAME www.example.com

And Ask Bjørn Hansen noted it is not that easy to "fix". Nonetheless, PDNS on Rails should eventually be able to help users from making such mistakes.
