Create a merge drinks feature

Need to think about how this will exactly work. I guess the recipe merge should not necessarily matter. Perhaps just keep the name and creator from one and concatenate the recipe strings from the others. Then display an editing interface for the merger to clean things up.

This should probably only be available to administrators, which is another feature that we don't have yet.
