[Proposal] New tag index page

This is the best example use of a tag index I've seen, in terms of it actually being useful to a visitor rather than just being there for SEO.

Maybe not all of them ... Tags like blood,car, yellow ecc won't be useful imho 😄

But yeah we need to create some sort of a list.

We could add an order by filter 'A-Z', 'Most Tagged' etc, and have default as 'Most Tagged'.
