Both RH mobile and web apps have this new instrument type enabled now .

Wonder when this api here can put it on timeline ?

alright , since no one answered to this request . I have to DIY again , spent some time development this new ordering for index options and see the new type of order placed now . You might need a RH legend or mobile app in order to see this type of orders.

I will do more testing in next few days , then consider to create a MR to add index options.
