In user-initiated enrollment Setup Manager doesn't finish #88

Hello I am trying to run Setup Manager for user-initiated enrollments. The setup manager starts, and installs the defined software but never finishes (see below) - window is left on "Waiting..." no matter how long i wait for it (I have waited for more than 10 minutes). No other actions are supposed to be executed after the Google Chrome install. Any ideas on how to debug this?
