No credential popup for non github git servers

Hi we are using a Bonobo Git Server for some internal projects.

From the command-line it prompts me everytime I do anything important.
Your tool does not prompt me so it fails...this might be the root cause of the other "it fails for me" bugs.

I am uninstalling your package for now...it looks very handsomely made.
