Add support for Eversense 365 CGM

Time has come to add support for this new sensor. This one is good for a year, unlike current CGM sensors that have to be replaced every few weeks. Another feature that sets Juggluco apart from other apps is that it supports more than one sensor simultaneously. Therefore, we can use/track a Lebre 3 or Dexcom and the 365 at the same time. I am currently using both to compare accuracy and performance, but I have to use separate apps.

xDrip just added support for the Eversense 365 in release 2025.01.28 using companion mode.
