confusing validation feedback

Subject of the issue

Clicking the Validate there is no clear feedback that the validation process was run, and no clear redirection to the mandatory field stil missing, when it is out of the user window scope (some manual search and scroll is needed to find out what is missing). Reported in #349 statement 4.

Steps to reproduce

Fill the form or import an existing publiccode.yml, such as design-angular-kit's, and validate the form. In case of errors, you will notice that some fields will be marked as invalid.

Expected behaviour

A better way to handle all the error messages.

Actual behaviour

Error messages are noticed close the form fields. No way to understand how many fields are affected.
