Creating an all day event in local calendar when current time is after 23:00 falls

The problem

Wait until the local time is between 23:00 and 0:00 hours
Create a new calendar entry
Slide the "all day" slider to "On"
Observe that the "date" fields differ by one day
Click the "End date" and select the same day as the "Start date" so that the event will take 1 day

When saving this appointment, it is rejected because the event end is seen to be before its beginning.
