[Feature Request] Add numlock and capslock state to keyboard provider

Describe the problem/motivation

Most laptops do not have indicators to show whether CAPSLOCK and NUMLOCK are on or off. PCs get by with indicators on the physical keyboard itself. The only way to display this information is to use standalone applications for the Windows system tray.

Describe the solution you'd like

If possible, add two more outputs to the existing keyboard provider. The outputs should contain strings with the current CAPSLOCK and NUMLOCK status.
