Add tests

We currently have neither any unit nor integration tests. The bigger and more complex the project grows, the more problematic this will become, so we should address this soon.

@cloudguruab happy to collab with you on this effort! Could you help plan out the test cases here whenever you have a moment? Some things to consider:

• We have users who use Jira Server.
• We have users who use Jira Cloud.
• Some users use the CLI.
• Some users use GitHub Actions.
• Whether using the CLI or Actions, some users use the issue_end_state_flag.

It'd be cool to create a GitHub Actions workflow to run integration testing on these test cases.

Hello everyone.
This issue is open for quite sometime now, and I don't see a single test file in this repository.

Asking about what you prefer:

1. Integration tests only or integration tests and unit tests ?
2. Something else or pytest is fine ?

First I wrote formally out of respect for your work (really appreciate it). But then thought that no-one has the time to read essays.

I hope I get to work on this.
