Expected Result
After typing the first 3 characters of a member or team, the list will populate with users and/or teams.
Actual Result
No user or team is found. The current user in Slack is able to resolve issues via Slack and has a linked Slack identity. See repro video:

The same issue was reported by another user in this internal ticket. In this case, some users are found while other are not. Affected users have verified email, using both email address and username resulted in the same issue.

@rodolfoBee I cannot repro. Is it possible that the user you're trying has a different user on Slack? The dropdown is searching for slack users and not Sentry users, although it's required that there's a mapping between the two. So the user should have linked their slack identity before using our bot's Link command.
@sentaur-athena the user im using is the same as in Sentry and has linked identities. I just renamed the Slack user to match the Sentry user name and the issue continues. I also added the other affected user to slack, linked the identities and the issue continues.
