Breadcrumb navigation and UI improvement fo finding common breadcrumbs of different instances

Problem Statement

Can you also put following navigation buttons in issue page closer to breadcrumbs? We switch to different instance of issue just to read different breadcrumbs.
It would be better to have different breadcrumbs as carousel so we can quickly investigate multiple instance of same issue quickly to find common breadcrumbs.
