[FEATURE] Importing the alarm list

Describe the feature
Editing a few alarms does not require such a large repetitive effort, but when we have to edit several hundred alarms, the work becomes laborious and time-consuming.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be beneficial to be able to edit the alarm list in an external csv file and import it into Fuxa at the end.
