Describe the bug
When clicking on the three dots, the system tray does not show any icons in it.

One stuff, I've noticed this on w11, when fresh startup never opened the tray, this is possible to reproduce also.

yes, but this already have a workaround that is called forceTrayOverflowCreation or something like that, this issue is that on win10 the classes are different, so I have to check for it.
