[BUG] list of things to improve/fix

1. It did not actually "clear all" notifications and they appears again and again.
2. It can't close really applications like Viber or Telegram (this is normally from the system tray with the right mouse button - exit).
3. The Windows Terminal can't be pinned in the bottom bar and it is not appears there at all.
4. The same is with Python IDLE editor as in 3.
5. The upper bar, when is set minimal (11 pixels), reacts on the mouse from more long distance (not only over it) and the any application window became difficult to close (or minimize, maximize).
6. The Launcher did not work (how, for example to add command to open Windows Terminal - wt command?)
7. Can't drag file (for example!) from the Explorer to other app opened in the bottom "task bar" like in the original Windows!

This for now.

P.S. Feature request - lets have option, the upper bar to appear transparent over the menu bar of the opened application - so the clock to be visible, but not to occupy any place.
