Describe the bug
There is no english translation of the info text "Laden Sie nur Medien hoch, an denen Sie das Nutzungsrecht besitzen! [...]". It just shows the word "Upload".

To Reproduce
Open upload dialog (in english)

Expected behavior
Show translation
