In V3 publications are stored in the database. If they are found and stored, the video will not be reinspected any more.
If an additional publication-workflow is run, the now old ulrs will persist.

  • Possible: Opencast calls back to Stud.IP in this case. Also possible for retracting / deleting
  • Possible: Facilitate updated metadata field
