Caddy support

Description of problem

At the moment, it looks like nginxinc.nginx is a non-optional dependency of this; and there's no mention of any of the Dokku Caddy-plugin config anywhere in the repo.

Is that intended at some point?

I do not currently have Dokku installed, trying to figure out how to use Ansible to do so. :P

Hi @ELLIOTTCABLE , indeed, caddy support has not yet made it into the ansible role.

I'm currently not using dokku, so I don't have the time to investigate this.
