The ability to disable dev environments. Or at least hide "Open in VS Code"-button from the container overview. There's even a context menu on the top right, where one can switch columns on/off. Having just a toggle for the button is also fine.
Which service(s) is this request for?
Docker desktop/Dev environments
Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
In the latest Docker desktop update (4.10.0) the layout of the container overview has been updated.
Very cool, much more informative. BUT I need to aim very carfully at the "Start containers"-button to not have VS Code open up, doing things, breaking my flow.
Are you currently working around the issue?
I can run my dev flow fine, just need to be careful not to hit the incorrect button.
Additional context
As stated in other issues, not all users use VS Code (I pay for and use Jetbrains IntelliJ Ultimate).
Also, but this is my own opinion, The Dev Environments feature is cool, but slightly infringing on existing developer work flows.
It all really just boils down to the UX that bothers me.
