Credit to @CharlelieLrt for discovering this. It looks like the sub-directories detail, fwd, dpd, indexed and indexed_dpd from tblis/src/external/marray/marray are not getting copied to the final installation dir, on the develop branch. See nv-legate/legate#904 (comment) for more.
