[Discharge Upgrade Wizard] [FE] Updates to print view of the DUW results page

Description

Display only relevant and useful information the printed page displayed to Veterans when they click the 'Print this page' button on the DUW results page.

UX has identified the following changes (from this ticket):

• The links can display the same as they do now, but if we can get rid of the "(opens in a new tab)" text, then we should do that because that could reduce some of the clutter.

• Remove the "Print this page" button from the print screen.
• Remove the "Back" button from the print screen.

User story

AS A Veteran who is viewing the Discharge Upgrade Wizard results page and has clicked the 'Print this page' button
I WANT to see only helpful, necessary information on the print view of the results page
SO THAT it's less visually 'busy', and also so that ink/toner isn't wasted printing works or images that aren't useful or meaningful.

• Analytics has already been reviewed and deemed sufficient.

Acceptance criteria

• If possible, remove from any link the text "(opens in a new tab)" from the print screen.
• The "Print this page" button text no longer displays on print screen.
• The "Back" button text no longer displays on print screen.
