Use of Hloc for 360 videos

For a project, I am trying to create localization of images using a 360 video. Is there a way to input this video data in the pipeline of the H-loc algorithm as now I can only see images as inputs. The query images are inside the 360 degree videos and the reference is a BIM model where some particular images of the 360 videos are to be localized. This BIM model can be converted into a point cloud. is it possible to do localization when the input and reference data is not in the form of images only.
