Target API 26 on Android 15 (GLES2/3)

Issue description

在使用45度TiledMap大地图遇到地图加载问题。
在Web端没有触发，打包在客户端App执行会出现地图加载闪烁错乱的情况。

1.打包运行
2.触屏执行人物移动
3.人物移动后就触发地图闪烁错乱
