Project compiles in Release but not in Debug #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download latest version
2. Open the OpenWebKitSharp_2010 solution using VS2012
3. RE-Build in Release (pass)
4. RE-BUILD in Debug (fail)

In the OpenWebKitSharp.csproj some of the configurations have the wrong 
'TargetFrameworkVersion' tag.
I found four and fixed them successfully.
