Translation and build issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open OpenWebkitSharp Source, change the text on some of the controls, for 
example the downloader
2. Use in project by How-to-use instructions
3. Run it and get initialization error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to load normally. It threw out the initalization error instead...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
VS 2012, VB.NET, .NET Framework 4, Windows 8 Pro x64
