Small typo in Chapter 4 - "stiched"

"We can think of a diverging scale as two sequential scales stiched together" should be replaced with "We can think of a diverging scale as two sequential scales stitched together".

I think this was fixed in 78c1724. I'm not sure what the procedure is for rebuilding the frontend from the repo ... ??

I've basically given up on rebuilding the site at this time. Too many things have changed in the R packages I'm using and it would be a major effort to keep it buildable. The easiest way to fix things would be to just edit the html files directly. If any typos are in the printed book then O'Reilly will accept errata and incorporate them into upcoming printings.
