Why

The blueprints should not have stale links, neither internal nor external.

What

Add a github action that checks links on the resulting HTML site. This is more canonical than following markdown links which point to .md files and also supports external links directly.

How

Using https://github.com/gaurav-nelson/github-action-markdown-link-check or something similar
