Top-left logo does not respect custom port. #94

When running a custom port, the top-left logo redirects to the site without respecting the port.

F.e: our copy is running on https://btcpay.something.com:8443/btctransmuter

The logo will redirect to https://btcpay.something.com/btctransmuter which is an inexisting location as nothing is listening there.

A minor issue but still somethin to take note off.
