[Feature Request] Static order

An option to have a static order by job, as opposed to updating based on highest DPS.
I personally care less about who's doing the most DPS, and much prefer ensuring that people are improving, and I find it easier to quickly glance at a party member's DPS when I know what position they'll be in.
