Proxy serve static image or last frame if upstream server is not accessible

Question

Hi, is there a possibility in mediamtx to configure it as an rtsp proxy in the way below?

1. a static (e.g. black) picture is served to clients if the source stream is not accessible at the beginning (assume the video dimensions and codec are known in advance)
2. the last valid picture frame is served in case there's a "hiccup" until the proxy can reconnect to the source stream
