Service Call Home Assistand

I have the following problem/can't get out of it.
I want to use the Call Service command to trigger a helper (button) which then triggers my automation.
The normal commands work without any problems. And the HomeAssistand is also connected to Bitfocus Companien.
Attached are photos of HomeAssistand and Companion.

I hope that someone can help me further.
