Can you clarify which license is shown in /LICENSE? The enumerated clauses look like the BSD 2-Clause "Simplified" License, but it's missing the "as is / no warranty" clause at the bottom. Is that the license you've used?

I'm sorry to be a pest, but can I get an answer? I need to be able to indicate the license to others, and don't want to miscontrue it.
