Description:
Implement the redesign done in #568

Acceptance Criteria

  • Merge the two tabs under Opening's Home page, implement the combined view
  • Implement the new side nav menu
  • Adjust related tests

Update

  • Image
    • The current recent openings does not have the pagination tool bar at the bottom, will implement
