There's no partners and sponsors being shown

Describe the solution

Landing page would show partners and sponsors. Using a JSON or TypeScript data file is enough for now.

Describe alternatives considered

Only later the data will be moved to the database for better management, once there's enough time.

Additional context

Can see other community websites such as SurabayaDev etc.
