I do not use auto-drop feature. I designed a profile curve that ends on 403 F, but I never drop at that temperature. That way I have flexibility to end the roast at the temperature I want to have the flavor I look to obtain |

I dont know why SV does not keep the curve path. But as it happens after the drop, it does not affect the toast. |

While I was roasting, the DROP happened without touching my laptop. It happened 16 seconds after the first crack, at 384 F. I was able to turn the burner on manually so I do not loose the beans.
On the same roasting day the DROP triggers by itself 3 times, and 4 times the roast went as planned.
I use a background designed curve and PID.
Could you please help me with this issue ?
