Hello, I forked the repo according to the video tutorial and made the first commit but got the usual 'toc' error in the build.

then I looked up to issue #2755 and changed the ubuntu version but I am still getting the same error.

I have checked the FAQ and even tried running it on the incognito mode but it is still giving the same error
