Entities become unavailable before update

• I have searched both the existing open issues & recently closed issues and did not find a duplicate of this issue.

Current Behavior

All eblntities show as unavailable for 10 seconds before updating back to normal.

Expected Behavior

Expect old value to stay until new value available

This is an example of what I see. Nothing was changed by me (or tesla) during this period, but each update (at the 11 min polling interval?) seems to take the value unavailable for 10 seconds or so.
