Applies to all AWS Zilla Plus how-tos, for example see https://github.com/aklivity/zilla-docs/blob/develop/src/how-tos/amazon-msk/production.md?plain=1#L270

When the expected output is not observed, show how to use journalctl -u zilla-plus.service -e to see log output to assist with diagnosis.
