google search does not work on versions

consider removing the version for the google search:

• Test site:fhir.ch/ig/ch-elm/1.1.0

does not return any result:

we registered for https://search.google.com/ and check the index information afterwards

Should we implement the following logic:
On the search page, take the current URL, remove the page part ("searchform.html"), and use that URL in the search query.

Or should we also remove the optional version in the URL, to search in the current version only?
