Can't use mouse controls in inspector when there is an another canvas in HTML

In my own project I have added another canvas for custom UI and now when I try to use the inspector I can not use the mouse to move the camera around in the inspector. Also I can not click on any elements in the scene.

Can you please give us a reproducible example on https://glitch.com/~aframe with latest versions linked in

but that's probably an issue in your project really. Be sure sure your UI doesn't impact the inspector, probably just toggle your UI off when the inspector is enabled.
