All layer groups expand on each export when disabling SVGOMG

As mentioned in this bug report I can only get usable SVG exports by disabling SVGOMG. However this introduces another problem:

Pretty much on every change to the document, i.e. when Generator starts exporting new assets in the background, all groups in the layers panel suddenly expand.
