Localisation

Codex was translated to many languages and we are looking for ways to localise HelpHub on Rosetta sites. First language will be Japanese. During this process we'll create a guide for easier translating to other languages.

@zzap I would like to help in localisation, let me know how can I give my contributions. Note: my native Languages is Urdu if we are going to create a guide for that language I can certainly make a good amount of contribution.

Hi @kodemonster, there's been agreement in slack meeting to first go with Japanese and define the whole process while doing it. This would be used as a guide for other locales.

However, considering the amount of content to translate, I think locales could start with translations in Google docs (or something similar) which can be copy/pasted later when process is ready. I'll bring this up today at meeting.
